Our mission is to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the DACH countries together with our partners by bringing highly qualified professionals and trainees from third countries together with companies. At the same time, we combat unemployment in developing countries by offering skilled workers the chance to use their skills in German-speaking countries. We are committed to fair recruitment practices, appropriate remuneration and the protection of the rights and welfare of professionals. Our vision is to be a leading recruitment agency and to promote equal opportunities, inclusion and global exchange.

Our partner network stretches from Germany to Austria to the MENA region and other third countries. We are at home in both worlds and know our way around, both in the region and in the various industries in which we are looking for qualified and motivated professionals for you. We are a team composed of industry insiders from the hotel industry, health industry, technology/IT, trade, law and personnel services with decades of experience. We speak the language of the people we recruit for you and act as mediators between the different cultures.

Our commitment goes beyond compliance with the highest international standards. We align our corporate practices with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel[1]. In addition, Talentum and its collaborators and business partners are committed to the ILO Core Labor Standards[2], specifically the ILO General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment[3], as well as the IRIS Standards of the International Organization for Migration[4].

We are committed to fair and ethical recruitment practices that take into account both the needs of the companies and the professional goals of the professionals. We want to ensure that professionals from third countries in DACH countries are adequately remunerated and that their rights and welfare are protected. Through transparent and responsible placement, we create a win-win situation for all parties involved.

At the same time, it is important to us to combat unemployment in developing countries. We understand that many talented professionals are unable to find suitable employment in their home countries due to limited opportunities and economic challenges. Our agency offers these professionals the chance to develop their skills and potential in German-speaking countries, where they can find stable and well-paid employment.​
